We are a group of homeschoolers using Learning Adventure Curriculum, written by Dorian Holt. This year has been very exciting. We are almost finished with a, World of Adventure, unit study on Ancient Civilizations.
Current Unit: Middle Ages
We are rolling in the Middle Ages and Plants Unit. We went on a field trip to a Nursery and learned about herbs.Our guild focuses on how herbs were used in the past as well as today. We finished off our day making herb heads (socks and ryegrass,)Germinating lima beans in a jar, growing grass in cookie cutter shapes, painting pots, and planting our herbs.
